 Verified Mr. George showed up at the scheduled time and educated me as to what exactly I needed in the way of washing my house. He displayed a wealth of knowledge about pressure washing buildings that needed lighter pressure to clean to avoid damage to the siding and backing. My house is shinning in the sun the next day and looks better then I could get it using long handle scrub brushes which I tried myself for two years. A very exhausting experience. I intend to hire Mr. George at least twice a year and maybe three times a year to keep my home looking clean and bright. Mr. George has a very pleasant personality and has a fanatical desire to do a great job for his own satisfaction as well as his customers.

 Verified I couldn't have asked for better service.  Dominick contacted me by email immediately, set an appointment and was able to complete the job the next day.  He was very professional and made my house sparkle.  I needed to clean my sidewalk area on a corner lot and clean the columns in the front of the house besides doing some touch up work on the bottom of the pillars.  He worked long and hard and I couldn't have felt better about his workmanship.  I will recommend him to all of my friends and use him from now on.

 Verified      Dominick gave me a great quote for a total yard cleanup including taking a ton of leaves, mowing, blowing and edging. He came on schedule and worked through some pretty miserable winter rain. I told him to let it dry out to finish and make it easier on himself. They never let the rain prevent them from completing their task nor do they complain about the delays created by North Florida's bipolar weather. They went beyond my expectations when the job was finished. I paid extra because of how amazing my driveway looks.   There really should a "next level" rating that businesses can earn. Dominick with cleanscapes went so far above and beyond today that I almost don't know what to say. He came by and gave an estimate at the time agreed upon. Dominick arrived slightly early for the actual job and began straight away moving some wood I had stacked against the house which I should have done before he arrived(by the way sorry Dominick). He took his time properly cleaning the entire house. No rush to get done and move on as some might. Honestly it's hard to find people who aren't so obsessed with money that they cut corners to get as many jobs completed as possible. He even cleaned some outdoor children's toys that were in dire need of a wash! I can't recommend this guy enough. I genuinely considered printing up copies of his business card and handing them out on my street. It's just refreshing to see someone conduct themselves this way.   Dominick is a true professional He was quick to get back with a quote at a very reasonable price. Then, the morning of his scheduled work, my road was being paved and I had to request the services be delayed. He offered 3 dates within the next week! Once onsite, my wife explained him as "meticulous". The driveway and sidewalk have never looked better, all thanks to Cleanscapes. I've already referred them to friends and will continue to.  Verified Terrific job - Reasonable price My husband and I hired Dominick to clean our son's house as our Christmas gift for his family.  We agreed upon a 9:30 AM arrival time.  He arrived about half an hour early.  He graciously cleared items from under the carport, which we had planned to do before he arrived.  He worked diligently for several hours, and the house looked incredibly good when he finished.  He even cleaned a concrete pad in back and under the carport, although we had not asked him to do so.  We found him to be a very professional, courteous hard worker.  His price was very reasonable.  We would definitely hire him again.

 Verified I wish more companies did business like Cleanscapes. Dominick did a very good job on both my small single story rental house and my two-story home.  He did work that was beyond what our agreement called for on both.  We had an issue on my home, which he promptly addressed, staying until very late in the evening to ensure that we were happy with the result--which was superior.  Verified Our windows have not been easy to clean.  We tried ourselves multiple times and we could not get rid of the haze.  My first meeting with Dominick I informed him of the issue and told him I needed him to guarantee he could get them clean or if not I didn't feel obligated to pay him. He was very amenable to my conditions.  Well sure enough we did still have some haze left on the windows. Dominick offered to return the money but after discussing the problems it was decided that he would make another attempt to remove the haze. At this writing it is very difficult to see because of lighting but I'm hopeful.  The general cleaning of the other windows are 100 percent improved.  I'm very pleased with Dominick.  He is a fine gentleman.  I would highly recommend Dominick to my family and friends!

 Verified Cleanscapes Tallahassee made our house look new again.  Dominic is a true professional who pays attention to every detail, he even sprayed WD-40 in the key holes on our door locks!  Verified I've had a lot of pressure washing jobs done at my home over the years but none were done to the level that Dominick did ! He was very detailed and took his time and is very curtious. He communicated in a timely fashion and arrived on the job on time.He pressure washed two decks, and underside of top deck and back and front of the house. After the sun dried things out i can't tell you how pleased i am with his work.  Verified There really should a "next level" rating that businesses can earn. Dominick with cleanscapes went so far above and beyond today that I almost don't know what to say. He came by and gave an estimate at the time agreed upon. Dominick arrived slightly early for the actual job and began straight away moving some wood I had stacked against the house which I should have done before he arrived(by the way sorry Dominick). He took his time properly cleaning the entire house. No rush to get done and move on as some might. Honestly it's hard to find people who aren't so obsessed with money that they cut corners to get as many jobs completed as possible. He even cleaned some outdoor children's toys that were in dire need of a wash! I can't recommend this guy enough. I genuinely considered printing up copies of his business card and handing them out on my street. It's just refreshing to see someone conduct themselves this way. This wash was a gift from my parents and I appreciate both the gift and your hard work Dominick. Thank you!

 Verified A very professional enterprise!  I have tried to get many other companies to clean my gutters (or hanging garden) but to no avail.  However, once I contacted cleanscapes via thumbtack the process was pleasingly fast. I got a quote, a phone call, and they showed up and did a great job. They left barely any noticeable evidence they had been there! I highly recommend Cleanscapes!   Hiring Cleanscapes was a wonderful experience all around!  We had our home, roof and driveway softwashed,  and the house looks brand new.  Dominick was a pleasure to work with!!  He was great communicating with me throughout the entire process:  from a quick response for an estimate I requested on-line on their website, to setting up a date to start work, and letting me know immediately if things were going to be delayed, due to weather.
